Rental prices are per month and vary depending on the unit chosen and the time of year. The prices vary because they are established by each individual owner.
Yes, a security deposit of $1000 will be required as a guarantee in case of breakage or damage in the condo. This deposit will be deducted from your credit card and will be refunded at the end of the rental period, after the inspection of the condo. In the event of a minor breakage, an amount equivalent to the value of the breakage will be charged if necessary.
Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bedding and towels. All you have to bring is your personal items.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation within 30 days prior to the date of rental, but any amounts already paid will not be refunded.
Yes, if another unit is available on the dates you want and the rate per month is the same. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
Approximately 72 hours before your arrival, a detailed email including the address will be sent to you.

30 days prior to your arrival, we’ll send you 2 smart keys (per unit). The smart keys are used to open the door to your condo as well as the common door to the building if required. They will only work during your rental period. At the end of your stay, you can simply leave the smart keys inside the condo. If you lose your smart key(s) and we have to make new ones, $20 will be charged to your credit card. If the manager has to come after business hours because you don’t have a smart key for your condo, you’ll be charged $150.
Day and night emergency contact numbers are posted inside the condo.
We can’t control what people do in the condos, but renters must not exceed the occupancy limit, which is 4 people for a 1-bedroom unit, 6 people for a 2-bedroom unit and 8 people for a 3-bedroom unit. The building rules apply at all times.
Yes, WIFI is included with your rental.
Condo owners decide whether or not they wish to allow pets in their units.
Condo owners decide whether or not they wish to allow smoking or vaping in their units. However, please note that smoking and vaping are not permitted in the indoor and outdoor common areas.
Yes, renters can access the same common areas as owners.
