Phase 2 is now on sale!

Last weekend, a crowd of people came out for the Phase 2 launch event at Arborescence.

In addition to enjoying the warm weather and festivities happening on site, visitors got an exclusive chance to see our Phase 2 floor plans and price list before the official launch. Guests were also treated to sparkling wine and chocolates from Bromont’s Musée du Chocolat.

Phase 2 will consist of four buildings with 8 to 12 units each. The condos, which are located near Bromont Mountain’s ski runs, were specially designed to offer peace, quiet, sunlight and exceptional views of the Eastern Townships.

Phase 2 is scheduled for delivery in 2021.
